You are eligible for Retire Plan Health Benefits if you are receiving a pension from the Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council Pension or other related plans, and:

• Have at least 10 years of eligibility credit; or
• 15 years of eligibility credit if you have a period of 3 or more consecutive calendar years with no eligibility credit.

If you choose to enroll, you will pay a monthly premium, for you and any dependents you enroll in coverage.
